Tax settings in Shopify are managed in Settings → Taxes and duties in the Shopify admin.
From the Taxes and duties section, merchants can:
Add or update tax registrations
Configure tax collection
Manage tax rates and overrides
Set product tax categories
Configure tax exemptions
Set shipping tax rules
Enable tax-inclusive pricing
Manage duties and import taxes (where supported)
