Yes. Shopify POS can work offline with limited functionality.
If your internet connection is temporarily unavailable, Shopify POS can continue processing certain in-person sales, particularly cash transactions and some other locally supported payment workflows depending on the device and setup. The POS app stores transactions locally and syncs them with your Shopify store once the connection is restored.
