Yes. Shopify allows merchants to void eligible shipping labels that are no longer needed. When a label is voided, its cost is credited back to the Shopify account for future shipping-label purchases.
Generally, a label must be within 30 days of purchase and have no tracking events to be voided. Some carrier-specific labels, such as USPS First-Class Mail, can’t be voided.
