Yes. Online-only products can be sold through Shopify POS if they are made available to the Shopify POS sales channel.
A product that is currently sold only through the online store can be sold in person by enabling its availability for Shopify POS. Once published to the POS channel, staff can find it in the POS app and sell it at a physical retail location.
So the key factor is sales channel availability: products can be available to the Online Store, Shopify POS, both, or other channels independently.
