Yes. Merchants can change supported checkout layout options using Shopify’s Checkout and Accounts Editor. Depending on the available features and Shopify plan, they can customize elements such as the checkout layout, branding, sections, and supported app blocks.
However, Shopify does not allow merchants to freely redesign every part of Checkout. Advanced customization options are more extensive on Shopify Plus.
