Can checkout pages be edited with code on basic Shopify plans?

No, deep checkout code customization is limited to Shopify Plus.

    Generally, no. Basic Shopify plans don’t provide unrestricted code-level editing of Shopify Checkout.

    Merchants can still customize supported checkout elements through the Checkout and Accounts Editor and compatible checkout apps or extensions. More advanced checkout customization and developer capabilities are primarily available through Shopify Plus.
