Generally, checkout customizations don’t automatically affect customer account pages. Shopify Checkout and customer accounts are separate areas with their own customization capabilities.
Changes made to checkout branding or checkout extensions typically apply only to the checkout experience. Customer account pages require their own supported customization methods, depending on the account experience and Shopify plan.
