Generally, Shopify doesn’t charge third-party transaction fees on manual payment methods, such as cash on delivery, bank transfers, or money orders.
However, merchants should still consider any app fees, payment-provider fees, or other applicable Shopify charges associated with their store or payment setup. Manual payments themselves don’t incur Shopify Payments processing fees because they aren’t processed through Shopify Payments.
